| Jim Davis began his OTM/GC3 career in 2001 as the Functional Lead within a large retailer. He joined a global Logistics Service Provider LSP in 2002 as the Vice President of Transportation Systems working to build a tier-one TMS offering, and finally joined a global consulting firm as a Chief Solutions Architect. Jim is skilled in solution design, configuration, integration, gathering business requirements and problem solving within OTM/GC3 and transportation business in general. Beyond Jim’s OTM/GC3 background, he is a subject matter expert in EDI, freight settlement, retail, and the transportation business. |
Functional Lead/Project Coordinator for the GC3 implementation at a Fortune 500 retailer based in North Carolina. The project required the setup and configuration of hardware, ancillary applications (Web logic, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle Reports), setting up a network DMZ, installing GC3, and configuring GC3 base properties. This instance was integrated with Retek and a legacy appointment system. Led an end-to-end implementation of OTM for a global LSP out of Nashville, TN. Configured GC3 to handle inbound, outbound and international freight planning, freight payment, and configured a customer/consignee visibility portal. Additionally, established connectivity to service providers and WMS systems to include EDI (210,211, 215,856, 940, 945, and 990.) and several proprietary formats. Executed nine OTM implementations that included international visibility (track and trace), domestic inbound and outbound transportation execution (Vessel, Drayage, Truckload, LTL, Rail, and Parcel), export planning, reporting, transportation KPI’s development, freight payment, and integration. Managed the Transportation IT organization for a global LSP. Within this position Jim concentrated on converting legacy TMS software and processes to OTM from both a technical and operational perspective. Additionally, Jim worked as the product owner of OTM and focused on adding and configuring new customers and enhancing the usability of OTM within a real world environment. |

| Eric Fullenwider began working with OTM/GC3 in 2004 as a data analyst for a global LSP where he quickly advanced as a Senior Programmer Analyst. Eric is highly skilled in custom software development and integration into Oracle Transportation Management. |
As a Data Analyst, Eric developed a complete grasp of the base OTM database structure. Within this role, Eric developed many customized PL/SQL functions which simplified the process and increased efficiency in gathering business intelligence from the OTM product. Beyond this, Eric established database links as to allow reporting across multiple applications incorporating OTM data without direct interfacing. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, Eric helped develop many applications that increased the usability of OTM and accelerated the implementation process. Example Solutions: Custom reporting solution that allow reports to be develop, deployed, and distributed by OTM super-users without the need to involve developers. End-to-end integration tool which caused the OTM integration of TransOrder, Shipment, Item, Location, Shipment Status, and Invoice to be plug-and-place with standard EDI transmissions, linear flat files, and delimited files. Multiple implementation accelerators in the areas of rates, legacy data load, and test data loads. |

| Arthur Hoffman's background includes high-level management in most sectors of the IT industry. His vast knowledge in Engineering and Information Systems contributes extensively to the work of the JAD3 team. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in mathematics and has completed extensive course work in engineering. |
